DIODES Incorporated Single FETs, MOSFETs DMN2992UWQ-7

The DMN2992UWQ-7 is a 20V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in an SOT323 package, designed for high-efficiency power-management and automotive applications. It has a maximum continuous drain current of 0.54A at 25°C and an on-resistance of 0.99Ω at VGS=4.5V, 1.2Ω at VGS=2.5V, and 1.8Ω at VGS=1.8V. The device is AEC-Q101 qualified, PPAP capable, and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities. It features low input capacitance, fast switching speed, and is RoHS compliant with a green molding compound. The thermal resistance junction-to-ambient is 332°C/W on a standard FR-4 board or 274°C/W with a copper plate. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +150°C. The part is supplied in a 3,000-piece tape and reeled format.
