DMN2992UW-13 is a 20V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in an SOT323 package, designed for high-efficiency power-management applications such as DC-DC converters and analog switches. It features a maximum drain-source voltage of 20V, continuous drain current of 0.54A at 25°C, and on-resistance of 0.99Ω at VGS=4.5V. The device is rated for a total power dissipation of 0.46W with a thermal resistance of 274°C/W when mounted on a 2oz copper PCB with thermal bias. It meets RoHS, halogen-free, and antimony-free "Green" requirements, is qualified to AEC-Q200, and is suitable for automotive applications. The package is molded plastic with UL 94 V-0 flammability rating and moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020. The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 10,000 units per reel.
