The DMN2992UFO is a 20V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET designed for high-efficiency power-management applications, including general-purpose interfacing and analog switches. It is packaged in an X2-DFN0604-3 case with a 0.6mm x 0.4mm footprint. The device has a maximum continuous drain current of 530mA at 25°C and an on-resistance of 0.99Ω at VGS=4.5V, 1.2Ω at VGS=2.5V, and 1.8Ω at VGS=1.8V. It features a maximum gate-source voltage of ±8V, a gate threshold voltage of 1.0V max, and thermal resistance of 295°C/W. The MOSFET is ESD protected, RoHS compliant, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. It is qualified for automotive applications requiring AEC-Q200 compliance and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities.
