DIODES Incorporated FET, MOSFET Arrays DMC3032LFDB-7

The DMC3032LFDB-7 is a complementary pair enhancement mode MOSFET in a U-DFN2020-6 package, designed for high-efficiency power management applications such as body control electronics and DC-DC converters. It integrates an N-channel MOSFET with a 30V drain-source voltage and 5.3A continuous drain current, and a P-channel MOSFET with a -30V drain-source voltage and -3.4A continuous drain current. Both devices feature low on-resistance (30mΩ at 10V and 70mΩ at -10V), fast switching, and low gate charge. The package is molded plastic with "Green" molding compound, rated UL 94 V-0, and meets RoHS 3 and AEC-Q200 standards. Thermal resistance is 98°C/W under recommended PCB mounting conditions. Weight is approximately 0.0065 grams. The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3,000 units per reel.
