DMC3020UDVW-7 is a complementary pair enhancement mode MOSFET in a POWERDI®3333-8 package, designed for high-efficiency power-management applications. The device integrates an N-channel MOSFET with 30 V drain-source voltage and 20 A continuous drain current, and a P-channel MOSFET with -30 V drain-source voltage and -17 A continuous drain current. Both devices feature low on-resistance (31 mΩ at VGS = 10 V for the N-channel, 42 mΩ at VGS = -10 V for the P-channel), fast switching, and low input capacitance. The package is rated for operation from -55°C to +150°C, has a thermal resistance of 56.6°C/W on a 2 oz copper board, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability standards. It is RoHS compliant and supported for automotive applications under AEC-Q200. The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 2,000 units per reel.
