DIODES Incorporated Bipolar Transistors - Pre-Biased DDC122TH-7

The DDC122TH-7 is a pre-biased NPN dual transistor in an SOT-563 package, designed for surface-mount applications with built-in biasing resistors. The device has a supply voltage rating of 50 V, a maximum collector current of 100 mA, and a power dissipation of 150 mW.
