The BC847BLP-7 is an NPN silicon small-signal transistor in a X1-DFN1006-3 surface-mount package measuring 1.0mm x 0.6mm with a 0.5mm height. It operates with a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 45V and a continuous collector current of 100mA, dissipating up to 1000mW under specified thermal conditions. The device has a minimum DC current gain (hFE) of 200 at 2mA collector current and a gain-bandwidth product of 100MHz. It is qualified to AEC-Q101 standards, RoHS compliant, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. The package is lead-free with NiPdAu terminals and is moisture-sensitive level 1 per J-STD-020. It is supplied on an 8mm tape reel in quantities of 3,000 per reel.
