DIODES Incorporated Voltage Regulators - Linear AP7313-15SAG-7

The AP7313-15SAG-7 is a low dropout linear voltage regulator designed to provide a fixed output voltage of 1.5V with a maximum output current of 150mA. It operates within a wide input voltage range of 2V to 6V and features a low quiescent current of 65¬µA, making it suitable for battery-powered and low-power applications. The device has a typical dropout voltage of 150mV at full load and offers excellent load and line transient response. Protection features include current limit, short circuit protection, and thermal shutdown, ensuring reliable operation under fault conditions. The regulator is stable with a low ESR ceramic output capacitor of 1¬µF and has a fast start-up time of 80¬µs. It is available in a SOT23 package and operates over an ambient temperature range of -40¬?C to 85¬?C. The AP7313-15SAG-7 is also RoHS compliant and available in a green molding compound.
