DIODES Incorporated LED Drivers AP3152FG-7

The AP3152FG-7 is a high-efficiency charge-pump LED driver designed to operate within a wide input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V. It supports multiple charge-pump modes (1x, 1.5x, and 2x) and can drive up to four white LEDs with a maximum output current of 120mA across all channels, allowing for individual channel current settings of up to 30mA. The device features a programmable switching frequency, defaulting to 1.2MHz, and includes Up Spread Spectrum Control for reduced electromagnetic interference. Dimming control is facilitated through a 1-wire Serial Digital Interface (SDI) or PWM, enabling precise brightness adjustments. The AP3152FG-7 incorporates several protection mechanisms, including short-circuit protection, over-voltage protection, and under-voltage lockout, ensuring reliable operation. Additionally, it has a low shutdown current of less than 1µA and is packaged in a compact DFN3030-12 format, compliant with RoHS standards.
