The AP1117Y25L-13 is a low dropout linear voltage regulator capable of delivering up to 1A of output current. It is designed for applications requiring a well-regulated supply, such as high-speed bus termination and low current 3.3V logic supply. The regulator operates with an input voltage range of 6.4V to 18V and provides adjustable output voltages from 1.25V to 5.0V, with a maximum dropout voltage of 1.4V at full load.
