The AL5810Q is an automotive AEC-Q100 qualified linear LED driver designed for high efficiency and stability in LED applications. It supports a wide input voltage range from 2.0V to 60V and can drive LED currents up to 200mA. The device features an adjustable output current set by an external resistor, allowing for flexibility in design. Its low reference voltage of 0.5V minimizes power dissipation, making it suitable for applications requiring high current accuracy. The AL5810Q is available in two package options: the W-DFN2020-3/SWP (Type A) with a power dissipation of up to 2W and the TO252 (DPAK) with a power dissipation of up to 3.85W. It operates over a temperature range of -40¬8C to +105¬8C and includes features such as overtemperature shutdown and the ability to parallel devices for increased current regulation.
