The AH3774-W-7 is a high-voltage, high-sensitivity Hall-effect latch IC designed for brushless DC motor commutation, flow meters, linear encoders, and position sensing in industrial and consumer applications. It comes in an SC59 surface-mount package with a supply voltage range of 3.0V to 28V and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The device features a chopper-stabilized architecture for temperature stability, a single open-drain output with overcurrent limiting, and a magnetic operate point of +40G and release point of -40G typical. It includes reverse blocking diode and Zener clamp protection on the supply and output pins. The output is activated by a south pole magnetic field applied to the non-part-marking side.
