The 550-3x05 series, from Dialight, are 5mm CBI (Circuit Board Indicator) LEDs. They are in 3-leaded packages with common cathode. Their black housing provides a high contrast. These bi-colour LED indicators are available in a choice of colours with red/green LEDs providing yellow/orange as a third colour.
