The S6652HMF2135 is a flange mounting block for KM series anti-backlash ball nuts, designed for secure mounting with standard lubrication ports. It is made of steel with a black oxide finish and is compatible with 16 mm diameter ball screws. The block supports both flange and base mounting configurations as shown in the referenced figures. Repeatability is less than 0.01 mm and accuracy is less than 0.1 mm per 300 mm when used with the accompanying sleeve. It achieves greater than 90% efficiency in motion conversion. The mounting block measures 50 mm in length and 28 mm in diameter, matching the dimensions of the ball nut it supports.
