The S3109Y-CS-43 is a MICRO type sintered synchro mounting clamp with a 0.046 inch screw bore and 0.031 inch insert height, designed for 1/4-3 thread screws. It features a sintered stainless steel clamp body, a corrosion-resistant steel screw per MS-35233 and MS-35234, and a nylon (Type 1 Polyamide) insert per MIL-M20693. The clamp enables instant nulling and self-locking with a 1/4 turn release. Dimensions include a maximum overall length of 0.077 inch, with a clearance hole of 0.187 inch. The clamp is assembled with a slotted pan head screw and has a finish treated per MIL-S-5002.
