The S3109Y-CS-42 is a MICRO type sintered synchro mounting clamp, designed for quick-releasing, self-locking applications with instant nulling. It features a sintered stainless steel clamp body, a CRES slotted pan head screw per MS-35233 and MS-35234, and a nylon insert per MIL-M20693. The clamp requires a 1/4 turn for operation and has a screw clearance of 0.031 inch, an outer diameter of 0.077 inch, and a clamp thickness of 0.046 inch. The screw thread size is 1/4-3. The screw is not supplied with the clamp. The clamp is assembled with a treated screw and tumbled clamp finish.
