SDP/SI's S2F06Y-187250 is a 303 stainless steel Fairloc® Type I dial hub with a 0.187 in. bore and 0.2498 in. hub diameter, designed for torque transmission without keys or splines. It features a 0.375 in. mounting shoulder diameter and requires a shaft clearance fit of 0.0001 to 0.0008 in. The hub is secured with a #2-56 socket head cap screw and maintains concentricity within 0.0003 in. T.I.R.
SDP/SI's precision gear and dial hubs are made to accommodate gears or dials and eliminate keys and splines. They are made of 303 stainless steel and are also available with our exclusive Fairloc® design, which is perfect when the hub O.D. is limited; it can be tightened and released repeatedly without marring the shaft or affecting torque-transmitting abilities.
