The S1M53A-F080S065 is an 80 pitch anti-backlash spur gear with 65 teeth and a 0.1873 inch bore, made from 2024-T4 or -T351 aluminum alloy anodized before cutting, with a 303 stainless steel hub and torsion spring. It has a 20° pressure angle and a face width of 0.104 inch. The gear is designed for use with Fairloc® hubs requiring a clearance fit of 0.0001 to 0.0008 inch between bore and shaft. The pitch diameter is 0.8125 inch and the outside diameter is 0.838 inch.
