The S1M53A-F080A055 is an 80 pitch, 55-tooth anti-backlash spur gear with a 20° pressure angle and a 3/16 inch bore, made from 2024-T4 or -T351 aluminum alloy, anodized before cutting, and paired with a 303 stainless steel Fairloc™ hub. The gear has a pitch diameter of 0.6875 inch, an outside diameter of 0.713 inch, and a face width of 0.104 inch. It is designed for use with controlled shaft tolerances, with a recommended bore-to-shaft clearance fit of 0.0001 to 0.0008 inch.
