S10N20M040P2015 is a nonmetallic nylon spur gear with a 40-tooth count, 20° pressure angle, and 20 mm face width, mounted on a 303 stainless steel core. The gear has a bore diameter of 15 mm with H7 tolerance, a pitch diameter of 80 mm, and an outer diameter of 84 mm. The hub diameter is 60 mm and the core diameter is 55 mm. The gear is machined from cast nylon blanks, and the holding strength between the core and nylon may be less than the ultimate gear strength.
