KSW2.5-L1J16 is a left-handed, single-start, mild steel worm with a 16 mm finished bore, module 2.5, and a helix angle of 3°52'. It has a keyway of 5 mm width by 2.3 mm depth, a set screw size of M4, and a total length of 37 mm. The worm is designed for use with bronze or gray iron worm wheels, produces axial thrust forces, and is available as a J Series variant with a 16 mm bore. The tooth hardness is less than 194 HB, and the precision grade is KHK W 001 grade 4. The material is S45C with no heat treatment applied.
