KSW2.5-L1J15 is a left-handed, single-start steel worm with a 15 mm bore, module 2.5, and a helix angle of 3°52'. The worm has a keyway of 5 mm width by 2.3 mm depth, an M4 set screw, and a total length of 63 mm. It weighs 0.39 kg and is designed for use with bronze or gray iron worm wheels. The precision grade is KHK W 001 grade 4, with a normal pressure angle of 20° and a material specification of S45C. Heat treatment is not applied, and tooth hardness is less than 194 HB.
