KSUSA3-55J30 is a stainless steel spur gear in the J Series with 30 teeth, a module of 3, a 10 mm keyway (8 mm width × 3.3 mm depth), a 32 mm bore, a 55 mm pitch diameter, a 165 mm outside diameter, and a 30 mm face width. The gear is made of SUS303 stainless steel, has a JIS Grade N8 precision rating, a 20° pressure angle, standard full-depth teeth, and a theoretical backlash of 0.20 to 0.44 mm. The maximum allowable torque is 33.2 N·m (3.39 kgf·m) based on bending strength. The keyway conforms to JIS B1301, Js9 tolerance. The J Series is available on request with a lead time of up to 5 working days and a minimum order of 1 to 20 units.
