KSUSA2-64J18 is a stainless steel spur gear with a module of 2, 18 teeth, and a 6 mm wide by 2.8 mm deep keyway, conforming to JIS grade N8 precision (JIS B1702-1: 1998). The gear is made of SUS303 with a tooth hardness under 194HB, has a 20° pressure angle, standard full-depth teeth, and a face width of 20 mm. The bore diameter is 18 mm, hub diameter is 23.9 mm, pitch diameter is 36 mm, and outside diameter is 40 mm. Backlash is 0.18 to 0.36 mm, and the allowable torque is 1.96 N·m. The keyway is manufactured to JIS B1301 Js 9 tolerance.
