KSUS3-30J40 is a stainless steel spur gear in the KSUS series with a module of 3, 40 teeth, and a standard full-depth tooth profile at a 20° pressure angle. It is made of SUS303 stainless steel with a tooth hardness of less than 194HB, and has a bore diameter of 40 mm, a hub diameter of 75 mm, a pitch diameter of 120 mm, an outside diameter of 126 mm, a face width of 30 mm, a hub width of 20 mm, and a total length of 50 mm. The gear includes a 12 x 3.3 mm keyway and an M8 set screw. The allowable torque is 1.38 N·m (0.14 kgf·m), and the backlash is 0.18~0.38 mm. Precision meets JIS grade N8 (JIS B1702-1:1998).
