KSUS1-60J20 is a stainless steel spur gear with a module of 1, 20 teeth, a 6 mm keyway, and a 5 mm face width. It is made of SUS303 material, has a pressure angle of 20°, and conforms to JIS grade N8 (JIS B1702-1: 1998) precision. The gear has a pitch diameter of 20 mm, an outside diameter of 22 mm, and a hub width of 10 mm. The allowable torque for bending strength is 0.26 N·m, and surface durability torque is 0.26 N·m. Backlash ranges from 0.08 to 0.18 mm. The keyway is machined to JIS B1301, Js 9 tolerance. A set screw is included for shaft retention.
