KSUS1-56J17 is a stainless steel spur gear with module 1, 17 teeth, and a 5 mm keyway of size 5 x 2.3 mm. It has a bore diameter of 17 mm, a pitch diameter of 56 mm, an outside diameter of 58 mm, a face width of 10 mm, a hub width of 10 mm, and a total length of 20 mm. The gear is made of SUS303 stainless steel with a tooth hardness less than 194 HB, compliant with JIS grade N8 (JIS B1702-1: 1998). The allowable torque for bending strength is 0.25 N·m and for surface durability is 1.26 N·m. Backlash is specified as 0.08 to 0.18 mm. A set screw is included. The keyway conforms to JIS B1301, Js9 tolerance.
