KSUS1.5-80J28 is a stainless steel spur gear with a module of 1.5, 28 teeth, and a finished bore of 8 mm. It has a pitch diameter of 120 mm, outside diameter of 123 mm, face width of 15 mm, and hub width of 14 mm. The gear is made of SUS303 stainless steel with a tooth hardness of less than 194 HB, and uses a JIS B1702-1:1998 precision grade equivalent to JIS grade N8. The keyway is 8 mm wide by 3.3 mm deep, sized to JIS B1301 Js9 tolerance, and a set screw M6 is included. Allowable torque is 1.72 N·m, and theoretical backlash is 0.14 to 0.32 mm.
