KSUS1.5-42J14 is a stainless steel spur gear with a module of 1.5, 42 teeth, and a 14mm finished bore, conforming to JIS grade N8 precision (JIS B1702-1: 1998). The gear is made of SUS303 stainless steel with standard full-depth teeth and a 20° pressure angle. It has a pitch diameter of 63mm, outside diameter of 66mm, face width of 15mm, hub width of 14mm, and total length of 29mm. The keyway is 5mm wide by 2.3mm deep with an M5 set screw. Allowable torque is 29.2 N·m (2.98 kgf·m) for bending strength and 4.01 N·m (0.41 kgf·m) for surface durability. Backlash is specified as 0.14~0.32mm. The part includes a hub with a tapped hole.
