Stainless steel spur gear with module 1.5, 30 teeth, and a 16 mm finished bore, designed for light load applications with a set screw fastener. The gear has a pitch diameter of 45 mm, outside diameter of 48 mm, face width of 15 mm, and total length of 29 mm. It meets JIS grade N8 precision (JIS B1702-1:1998) with a 20° pressure angle and standard full-depth teeth. Backlash ranges from 0.12 to 0.26 mm. Material is SUS303 with no heat treatment. The set screw is a S1K type, M4 x 1.8. Keyway conforms to JIS B1301, Js 9 tolerance.
