KSUS1-42J20 is a stainless steel spur gear with a module of 1, 42 teeth, and a 20 mm keyway according to JIS B1301 (Js 9 tolerance), designed for light load applications when used with S3T or S1T set screws. The gear is made of SUS303 stainless steel, has a pressure angle of 20°, and is manufactured to JIS Grade N8 precision (JIS B1702-1: 1998). It has a 10 mm face width, an outer diameter of 44 mm, a total length of 20 mm, and a backlash range of 0.08 to 0.18 mm. The allowable torque is 0.13 N·m.
