KSSR2.5-200 is a metric spur ring gear with a module of 2.5, 200 teeth, and a bore diameter of 400 mm, outside diameter of 505 mm, and face width of 25 mm. It is made of S45C steel with a tooth hardness of less than 194 HB, features a 20° pressure angle, and standard full-depth teeth. The gear has an allowable torque of 1230 N·m (17.2 kgf·m) and a backlash range of 0.22-0.46 mm. The part weighs 8.01 kg and conforms to JIS grade N9 (JIS B1702-1:1998) and JIS grade 5 (JIS B1702:1976) precision standards.
