KSSG3-45J32 is a module 3, 45-tooth ground spur gear with a 32 mm finished bore, made from S45C steel with induction-hardened tooth surfaces at 50-60 HRC. It has a 20° pressure angle, standard full-depth teeth, and JIS grade N7 precision per JIS B1702-1:1998. The gear has a pitch diameter of 135 mm, outside diameter of 141 mm, face width of 30 mm, hub width of 20 mm, and total length of 50 mm. A keyway of 10 mm width by 3.3 mm depth, conforming to JIS B1301 Js9 tolerance, is provided. Theoretical backlash is 0.14-0.24 mm. The gear includes a set screw, and no secondary operations are permitted on tooth areas due to induction hardening.
