KSSG3-34J45 is a ground spur gear in the J Series, module 3, with 45 teeth, a pitch diameter of 108 mm, an outside diameter of 114 mm, a face width of 30 mm, and a keyway of 14 mm width by 3.8 mm depth. It is made of S45C steel with induction hardened tooth surfaces measuring 50~60 HRC, and meets JIS grade N7 precision (JIS B1702-1:1998). The gear features a standard 20° pressure angle and has a theoretical backlash of 0.14~0.24 mm. A set screw is included, and secondary operations on the tooth area are prohibited due to induction hardening.
