KSSG3-32J25 is a ground spur gear in the KSSG Series with a module of 3, 25 teeth, and a 25 mm bore diameter. It has a pitch diameter of 75 mm, outside diameter of 96 mm, face width of 30 mm, hub width of 20 mm, and total length of 50 mm. The gear features a keyway of 8 mm width by 3.3 mm depth, per JIS B1301 standard. Made from S45C steel with induction-hardened tooth surfaces (50~60 HRC), it meets JIS grade N7 precision (JIS B1702-1:1998). Backlash is specified as 0.12~0.22 mm for paired gears, and it includes a set screw with allowable torque of 2.18 N·m. Secondary operations on tooth areas are prohibited due to hardened surfaces.
