KSSG3-27J25 is a ground spur gear with module 3, 27 teeth, 25 mm bore diameter, and a 8 x 3.3 mm keyway. It is made of S45C steel with induction-hardened tooth surfaces, heat-treated to 50-60 HRC. The gear meets JIS grade N7 precision (JIS B1702-1:1998). The product has a 0.12-0.22 mm backlash, a total length of 50 mm, and a face width of 30 mm. It is supplied with a set screw and is subject to restrictions on secondary operations due to case-hardened teeth.
