KSSG3-19J20 is a module 3, 19-tooth ground spur gear with a 20 mm bore, 6 mm keyway (8 x 3.3 mm), and an M6 set screw. It has a face width of 30 mm, outside diameter of 63 mm, and overall length of 50 mm. The gear is made of S45C steel with induction-hardened tooth surfaces (50-60 HRC) and complies with JIS grade N7 precision (JIS B1702-1: 1998). Allowable torque is 72 N·m (7.3 kgf·m), with backlash ranging from 0.12 to 0.22 mm. Secondary operations on tooth areas are prohibited due to hardening.
