KSSG3-16J16 is a module 3, 16-tooth ground spur gear with a 16 mm bore, 34 mm hub diameter, 42 mm pitch diameter, 48 mm outside diameter, 30 mm face width, 20 mm hub width, and 50 mm total length. It features a 5 mm wide by 2.3 mm deep keyway and an M4 set screw. The gear is made of S45C steel with induction-hardened tooth surfaces at 50-60 HRC, and has an allowable torque of 10 N·m (7.55 kgf·m) and backlash of 0.10-0.20 mm. It is precision ground to JIS grade N7 (JIS B1702-1: 1998).
