KSSG3-15J17 is a module 3, 17-tooth ground spur gear made of S45C steel with induction-hardened tooth surfaces (50~60 HRC), featuring a 17 mm bore, 5 x 2.3 mm keyway, M4 set screw, and JIS grade N7 precision. It has a pitch diameter of 51 mm, outside diameter of 57 mm, face width of 30 mm, hub width of 20 mm, total length of 50 mm, allowable torque of 83.1 N·m (30.5 kgf·m), and backlash of 0.10~0.20 mm. The part includes a set screw and complies with JIS B1702-1:1998 for precision. Secondary operations on the tooth area are prohibited due to heat treatment.
