KSSG2.5-75J25 is a ground spur gear in the KSSG Series with a module of 2.5, 75 teeth, and a 25 mm bore. It has an outside diameter of 187.5 mm, a face width of 25 mm, and a total length of 43 mm. The gear is made of S45C steel with induction-hardened tooth surfaces at 50-60 HRC and meets JIS grade N7 precision (JIS B1702-1:1998). Backlash is specified as 0.14-0.24 mm, with an allowable torque of 351 N·m (35.8 kgf·m). A keyway of 8 mm × 3.3 mm and an M6 set screw are included. Secondary operations on the tooth area are prohibited due to hardening.
