The gear is made of S45C steel with induction-hardened teeth at 50 to 60 HRC, conformed to JIS grade N7 (JIS B1702-1:1998), and has a total length of 125 mm, outside diameter of 120 mm, and face width of 25 mm. A set screw is included, and secondary operations on the tooth area are prohibited due to hardness.
