KSSG2.5-48J30 is a module 2.5, 48-tooth ground spur gear with a 30 mm finished bore, featuring a 75 mm pitch diameter, 120 mm outside diameter, 125 mm total length, 25 mm face width, and 18 mm hub width. It has a keyway of 8 mm width by 3.3 mm depth and an M6 set screw. The gear is made of S45C steel with induction-hardened tooth surfaces (50-60 HRC), and complies with JIS grade N7 precision (JIS B1702-1:1998). Allowable torque is 222 N·m (22.7 kgf·m) with theoretical backlash of 0.14-0.24 mm. Secondary operations on tooth areas are prohibited due to induction hardening.
