KSSG2.5-30J32 is a ground spur gear with a module of 2.5, 30 teeth, and a 10 mm wide by 3.3 mm deep keyway. It has a bore hub diameter of 25 mm, a pitch diameter of 75 mm, an outside diameter of 80 mm, a face width of 25 mm, a hub width of 18 mm, and a total length of 43 mm. The gear is made of S45C steel with induction-hardened tooth surfaces rated at 50-60 HRC. It meets JIS grade N7 precision (JIS B1702-1:1998) and has a standard 20° pressure angle. Backlash is in the range of 0.12-0.22 mm. A set screw is included with an allowable torque of 9 N·m.
