KSSG2.5-27J32 is a module 2.5, 27-tooth ground spur gear made of S45C steel with induction-hardened tooth surfaces at 50-60 HRC, featuring a 32 mm bore, a 10 x 3.3 mm keyway, and an M8 set screw. It has a pitch diameter of 67.5 mm, outside diameter of 72.5 mm, face width of 25 mm, and total length of 43 mm. The gear meets JIS grade N7 (JIS B1702-1:1998) precision, with a backlash of 0.12-0.22 mm, and an allowable torque of 11.7 N·m (6.44 kgf·m). Secondary operations on the tooth area are prohibited due to hardening. The J series is available on request with a five-day lead time for 1-20 units per order.
