KSSG2.5-25J25 is a module 2.5, 25-tooth ground spur gear made of S45C steel with induction-hardened tooth surfaces at 50~60 HRC, a 20° pressure angle, and standard full depth teeth. It has a 25 mm bore diameter, a 6 x 2.8 mm keyway with an M6 set screw, and a total length of 43 mm. The gear has a face width of 25 mm, an outside diameter of 62.5 mm, and a pitch diameter of 50 mm. The allowable torque is 0.70 N·m (0.70 kgf·m), with backlash specified between 0.12 and 0.22 mm. Precision follows JIS grade N7 (JIS B1702-1:1998). A set screw is included.
