The gear is made from S45C steel with induction-hardened tooth surfaces (50-60 HRC), has a 20° pressure angle, and meets JIS grade N7 precision (JIS B1702-1:1998). Allowable torque is 0.20 N·m, and backlash is 0.10~0.20 mm. Face width is 20 mm, outer diameter is 36 mm, and total length is 36 mm. Secondary operations on teeth are prohibited due to heat treatment. Set screw is included and conforms to JIS B1301, Js9 tolerance.
