KSSG2-15 is a module 2, 15-tooth ground spur gear made of S45C steel with induction-hardened tooth surfaces ranging from 50 to 60 HRC. It has a plain bore of 12 mm, a pitch diameter of 30 mm, an outside diameter of 34 mm, a face width of 20 mm, and a total length of 36 mm. The gear has a backlash tolerance of 0.10 to 0.20 mm and an allowable torque of 1.07 N·m (0.14 kgf·m). It uses a 4 x 1.8 mm keyway and M4 set screw. The gear meets JIS grade N7 precision (JIS B1702-1:1998).
