KSSG1-70J22 is a module 1, 70-tooth ground spur gear with a 22mm bore, 6mm keyway, and M5 set screw, designed for power transmission. It has a pitch diameter of 70mm, outside diameter of 72mm, face width of 8mm, and total length of 18mm. The gear is made from S45C steel with induction-hardened tooth surfaces in the range of 50-60HRC, and meets JIS grade N7 precision (JIS B1702-1:1998). The allowable torque is 0.28 N·m (0.28 kgf·m), with a backlash of 0.10-0.18 mm. The gear is not black oxide coated if reworked, and keyways conform to JIS B1301 standards.
