KSSG1-60J22 is a ground spur gear in the KSSG1 series, module 1, with 22 teeth, a 60 mm pitch diameter, and a 6 mm wide keyway with a 2.8 mm depth, machined to JIS B1301 Js9 tolerance. It has a bore diameter of 18 mm, a face width of 8 mm, and a total length of 18 mm. The gear is made of S45C steel with induction-hardened tooth surfaces at 50 to 60 HRC, and features a set screw for shaft mounting. Allowable torque is 0.22 N·m (0.023 kgf·m), and backlash is 0.22 mm. It complies with JIS grade N7 (JIS B1702-1:1998) precision. Secondary operations on the tooth surface are prohibited due to heat treatment.
