KSSG1.5-70J25 is a ground spur gear with module 1.5, 25 teeth, and a 6 mm wide by 2.8 mm deep keyway. It has a bore hub diameter of 60 mm, a pitch diameter of 70 mm, an outside diameter of 105 mm, a face width of 108 mm, a hub width of 15 mm, and a total length of 29 mm. The gear is made from S45C steel with induction-hardened tooth surfaces ranging from 50 to 60 HRC. Precision complies with JIS grade N7 per JIS B1702-1:1998. Backlash is 0.12 to 0.20 mm. A set screw is included. Secondary operations on the tooth area are not permitted due to induction hardening.
